Tom Misner, founder of the globally successful SAE Technology Schools, has recently taken delivery of the first 56 channel TL Audio VTC Console for his new recording facility in Byron Bay, Australia ?the latest addition to Misner’s expanding 301 Studios Group, which already has commercial studios in Sydney, Cologne and Stockholm.
Located north of Sydney, Byron Bay is the most easterly point in Australia, and the 2 studio complex is located against an idyllic backdrop of beaches, forests, waterfalls and rolling hills. Studio Two has been christened ‘The Valve Room? and it’s here that the P & G equipped 56 channel VTC has been installed, making it the largest version of the console to be shipped to date.
